The new class is Monday mornings 9:00 am to 10:00 am. New prices are $10 for single or $75 for ten at all classes. On Mondays and Tuesdays your first class is only $5. The Community Center is located on the north bank of the Russian River, where State Highway 116 meets the Bohemian Highway, across from the Rio Theater, at 20488 Hwy 116.
All classes are taught by Kathleen Hardy, RYT, who has been teaching yoga and aerobics since 1995. A Monte Rio resident, Kathleen has taught classes at the Santa Rosa YMCA, the 21st Century Club, Stan Bennett Fitness Centers, and at the Strawberry Music Festival and the Kate Wolf Music Festival. Currently she teaches primarily in Monte Rio, Cotati, and at Sonoma State University.
Kathleen's multi-level hatha yoga classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.
RATES
Saturday Yoga: 1st Class is $10; Single drop-in rate is $15. Four classes for $45; eight classes for $80.
Monday Yoga: First class is $5; single drop-in rate is $10. Ten classes are $75.
Tuesday Yoga: First class is $5; single drop-in rate is $10. Ten classes are $75.
Private and semi-private classes available. Private classes are half-price for residents of Monte Rio, Guerneville, Villa Grande and Duncan's Mills. Ask about local discounts.
